SRM Process Manager

  • Responsible for assessing, refining, documenting and implementing the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process for both Direct and Indirect categories to ensure one approach towards suppliers considering the nature of the relationship, process efficiency and high master data quality
  • Define system requirements and implement tools that support process alignment across Grundfos companies
  • Facilitate and drive global SRM activities
  • Continuously improve process tools and procedures within Purchase and ensure implementation of the process in Group as well as local Purchase functions

Major Tasks

  • Project Management of new initiatives to improve Supplier relationship development and maintenance including planning and Change Management
  • Process Development of the SRM process and global process deployment including training of process actors
  • Identify and describe (IT) system demands/requirements e.g. Supplier Portal
  • Identify process savings and optimizations opportunities for Group Purchase together with other functions of Grundfos (Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution etc)
  • Develop learning materials, identify competence development activities related to SRM and manage a training plan globally
  • Document SRM process descriptions and templates
  • Scorecard responsibilities related to SRM, including identification of measures and monitoring of measures
  • Data Steward for relevant attributes related to the SRM process, including responsibility to define, implement, assess and refine attribute definitions as well as attribute KPI’s
  • Integration of sustainability mindset in the SRM process
  • Change Management both internally and externally towards suppliers (communication to suppliers on KPIs, regional/global process changes etc.)
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Purchase and Supply Management and Business Excellence
  • Strong in Process mapping and process management
  • A good communicator and a problem solver
  • Project management experience
  • Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to organize information and make presentations to all levels of an organization both internally and externally
  • Preferably an educational background on Masters level
  • Knowledge and aptitude IT systems – SAP R3, Sievo, Ariba
  • Excellent MS office skills – including SharePoint (tool development), Excel (VBA programming)
