Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll administration process according to relevant legal standards, collective agreement and Harman internal policies.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process ensuring timeliness and high quality.
- Manage the payroll of specific group of employees.
- Calculate and process various different payroll elements, insurance and pension.
- Check benefits in kind for tax/social insurance obligations and correct accounting.
- Manage the garnishment process.
- Provide professional guidance for payroll administrators.
- Maintain internal documentation for audit.
- Collect information for Payroll Dashboard, analyse issues.
Basic Qualifications: ·
- University or college degree
- 1-3 years experience in German payroll position or fresh graduates
- Experience in German collective agreements
- Fluent german
- Analytical and high problem-solving skills
- Intercultural skills
- Precise, detailed oriented
